Hi guys,

I have created quite a few templates that have the 'Zero Price' ticked and the 'Print' unticked. It is a really great feature.

The only thing is that the items that are 'zero price' and 'print' unticked still show up and print on Estimates.

Is there a way in archetypes to change it so the items that have 'print' unticked don't show on the Estimates?

Hi Open users,

We recently upgraded to 1.8. I understood that there had been some changes to improve the management of boarding. However, these changes do not seem to integrate with how our boarding has been set up. We have a separate worklist which is fine for managing animals admitted for boarding and for discharging but is not useful for recording future bookings.

I would like to be able to integrate the electronic veterinary dental scoring with openVPMS. This means clicking a link in openVPMS would open that patient's cloud dental chart. 

I have attached the integration documentation that they sent to me. How could we go about setting this up?

Hi guys,

Before I start working on my own, I thought I'd check if anyone had created a Address Label for owners.

We send insurance forms and other mail to owners and rather than write on the envelopes, I'd like to be able to go to Customer Documents (or patient documents) and Add - New - Letter - "Address Label" Print

Ideally I would like to print directly on to an envelope (or a drug label if that's not possible and trim off the top of the label that has the red medication bit)

All I need on the Label is:

I would be interested in hearing from anyone about missing, useless or 'could be improved' reports. I am now reasonably confident that the vast majority of reports that are needed to operate a practice are available either in the standard release or the Resource Library.

Have a strange quirk happening with OPENVPMS version 1.7.1.

When a payment is entered onto the system, it takes around 3 minutes for the PLEASE WAIT dialog box to close allowing us to proceed.

We generally run firefox browse or a D-Link wireless modem and have had no other issues with slowing.

I understand the problem occurs on all computers connected to the system.

Does anyone have an update of when version 1.8.1 will be available?  We have a few users ready to upgrade and just waiting on 1.8.1 to be released instead of upgrading to 1.8 then having to upgrade again.

Not sure if there is a report for a client that has not been in for say 18 months ? We would like to follow up these clients via a direct phone call but need to get a list. Is there such a report ? Any other ideas ?
