Combined Reminders

Can anyone give me a heads up on how to set up Multiple animal reminders per household - at the moment i have a seprate reminder printing for every animal and for every different reminder product due, hence this can somtimes mean 5 different reminders per household!!!! Cheers Roz.

Does anyone know whether you can add a Patient's id to a Patient Form as a Merge Field, and if so where is the Merge Field instruction

Practice location

Is there anyway to set a Practice location default? As we only have one practice it is annoying to have to set it every time we input an invoice or do an order etc.

Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible to run a report that searches for multiple items in the one report? For example, we would like to find animals that were desexed and also had iv fluids.

Also wondering if there is a way to search for animals of or over a particular age? Can't seem to find a report for this, or appropriate filters.

Hi everyone,

It is long over due but here is a document summarising all the current projects in;

2. Developer Review

3. Seeking Funding

categories.

 

We currently have 14 projects seeking funding. There is plenty there to make the 1.6 release something to look forward to. I would intend for this document to act as an agenda of sorts for a repeat of the last Victorian Users meeting. This meeting was instrumental in stimulating discussion and funding for the features in 1.5.

Setting up Auto Document Loader

Hi All,

I was trying to setup the automatic document loader today. I can't say I had much success. I did come to understand it a bit better, but seem to have got caught on one thing: if the filename needs to contain the act.patientDocumentAttachment ID, then where can I get that ID from the user interface? I'm imagining a process where our staff enter the documents and then write that number on a piece of paper before it gets scanned. Is that the intended usage?
