We have a VetScan VS2 biochemistry machine. Is it possible to get 2 way integration so that we can order results and have them automatically uploaded onto Open VPMS?

I have set up product price templates for a number of surgical procedures. In editing you can order the included items, however this doesn't correspond to the order in which they appear on the invoice.

My goal is to have the service fee listed first eg. medium dog spey $330, then all the inclusions below without the charges displayed.

I have installed the basics of package but now need to add in invoicing, estimates, charges etc etc.

Tim G has helped so far but I need to do this independantly. 

I am not computer literate at all so need simple step by step instructions.

Another question: the new practice is getting off ground and I have to consider backups, getting access to records when at different sites and cloud access. 

A final question - can this program be used on apple computers?

When creating a New Flow Sheet from the worklist, is there a way to have a pop-up asking if you'd like patient labels (they are a patient form in our system) printed?

We have this function in our normal check-in process with some departments, but other departments only occasionally admit a patient, and we'd like to remind the vet when checking the patient into Smart Flow Sheet that they need to print the patient labels too.

When using a client that has a company name, we would like all the information on our screen to be the owners surname and the only time the company name is used is when printing invoices.

Currently the default is the company name. Is there a way to change it in the archetype?

I am helping a mobile vet practice to implement using OpenVPMS onsite.

We have it working well on an Android tablet with a 4g SIM, but she wants to be able to connect to her Epson WF-100 A4 printer and Brother label printer while onsite to be able to print forms and pill labels and I'm not sure how to do it?

Does anyone know how we would be able to send photos of patients via sms.  We are just getting them set up in the clinic and thought it would be great to be able to send photos of the patients while they are in hospital.

I was wondering if you could please tell me how you search for a microchip in open VPMS?

I have tried to search under surname and patients name and ticking the identities tab but still nothing comes up, (I have tried with a existing chip that I know is in our system).

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can look to see if two specific products or product types have been (or have not been) charged on the same invoice and to then see the details for these.

Eg: 

• Product Type Surgery + Product type anaesthetic

​OR

• Specific product (eg: vaccination or SR12 inj) without a consultation?

I think I can do it in a big data crunch in excel, but looking for a simpler solution or suggestions.
