We have just upgraded our OpenVPMS to the latest 1.9.3 (from 1.8) and we noticed a strange behaviour with one Visit Reason display. We added a new visit reason called 'Follow up' in the past and it had been in use for the past few years but since the upgrade, any 'Follow up' reason is now displaying as 'Useless loop'.

Does anyone have a report for the time a client is waiting before consult?

Time from when they are checked in (Pending) to when the note is added (In Progress)?

We have noticed that when doing an estimate, if a low value of zero is entered then the fixed price (ie: dispensing/injection fees) is still added on, rather than being a zero value. This didn't happen prior to the 1.9 upgrade - have other users noticed this as a problem with 1.9?

We were wondering if we could restrict the clinician selection for appointments? For example we have a schedule for clinician X. We would like to make it so that someone can't accidentally book an appointment for clinician Y in Clinician X's schedule....

Is this possible or a project?

We have been having issues with our OpenVPMS slowing down and pretty much freezing recently. We have been trying to figure out what is causing the issue and I think I've figured it out today. But it seems like an unusual issue.

These were the steps that happened:

In a patient Invoice -> Print -> Mail

At this point, it says Please Wait and doesn't do anything. If you refresh browser it will go back to the Invoice page but happens again if press Print -> Mail

We generate a lot of referral letters for example and discharge statements. Most of these start off as notes.

We would like to propose a "Create Letter from Note" or "Create Letter from Visit" button we can press that we can use to streamline this process.

The idea would be that we could select a single (or multiple) notes, or a visit in the medical records screen or edit visit screen and then click this button. You could select a Letter that the text could be dropped into....

What are the options for keeping a price list up to date in openvpms?  If in one week I pay $50 for inventory item from my supplier, and then the next week the cost is now $55 does open have the ability to maintain an average cost?
