Sorry if this has been covered before.

We use multiple wholesalers and update our stock as each invoice comes in.  However different wholesalers have different prices for the same items.  We would like to use the more expensive price to be the price used for mark up even if we are able to source it at a cheaper price, or get a special deal at some times.

Is it possible for two instances of OVPMS on the same network to send IDEXX HL7 requests to the same version of LabLink/eLab without causing chaos.

Idea is that both would send requests to Lablink. Files all get dumped in the same folder. Docload jobs from both instances would then restive the lab results from that folder.

I have been using the technique for printing reminder labels as described at http://www.openvpms.org/forum/reminder-send-logic in the "One final trick" paragraph.  However, we have many customers with multiple patients requiring vaccination at the same time, eg farmers with half a dozen dogs.  The report as designed prints one record per patient, yet labels only require one label per customer.  The data source seems to be from a java source.  The existing Filter Expression is $F{reminderCount}<3.

I am pretty sure it's a new issue and I'm not even sure how to explain it. When adding a new client/patient, you used to be able to type the first few letters of an address or breed (anything that had a drop down list) and it would look for all that information. It now only searches one letter, so if you type the second, third, fourth letter it changes to that.

Example:

It used to search multiple letters. If you typed Kens, you would find Kensington (and anything else starting with Kens)

Can you please let me know if there is a report that I could run that would show patients who have not been seen at the Practice within a set time frame?

Ideally, I would like to be able to then export the data.

Format is:

Street Address

Suburb State Postcode

We would like it to display as

Street Address

Suburb

State Postcode

is this possible?

We've just upgraded to the new beta version. When making a medical note the date field at the top seems to be grayed out now so you can't change it?

Sometimes we don't get to writing the note until the day after or late at night on after hours.

Is there a setting we can disable somewhere so we can go back to being able to put the medical note on the right date?

How do I create a spread sheet of dog owners ideally containing the following fields:

Owner id

Owner Surname

Pet id

Pet name

All phone fields

As a result of recent issues we are going to need to add a feature that only allows orders to be SENT (ie Finalized) by a Clinician.  Assuming it was optional does anyone have issue with this?

The option would need to be configurable by Location any idea where it should sit...given it should not be able to be turned on by non Administration staff....
