I don't know if this issue is with my xpath statements or with iReports settings.  When I 'Send All' reminders of a type with the grouped reminder template, the report prints fine for owners with 1 pet, but for those with multiple pets I get Expression Error and Invalid Property errrors on some fields only. Using the 'Print' button for one reminder works fine.  The Reminder Due Date field works fine for all cases.

    We recently reinstalled openvpms on an Amazon Web Server instance running ubuntu.

Whenever some reminders are run, we get the following error:

Failed to start OpenOffice service: failed to connect after 10 attempts

Not sure why this is.  We can start openoffice from the command line using "soffice".  However, of course it does not display as we have no x-server.

We are needing functionality to allow the vet to add a note at the time of invoice that the receptionist can action but does not appear on the client invoice.  Thoughts had been to include a box adjacent to the current invoice notes box that would remain associated with the invoice (having all the same properties of the current invoice note box) but would not appear on the invoice.

Please be aware that if you are using Windows 8 and running Chrome in what is referred to as "Windows 8 Mode" or Metro Mode - shortcuts using the keyboard appear not to work ie Alt - E to edit etc....

This is not a fault with OpenVPMS it is a fault with chrome in that mode - switching chrome back to desktop mode will resolve the issue.

If anyone has seen this differently can you please let me know what version of chrome you are running?

Hi  Roger Clarke, Bundoora Veterinary Hospital.

We have a problem with the people who make our appointments in that we can never identify the person who made the appointment when there is a problem with it. This is very annoying. We have a lot of staff and the front desk person does not always answer the phone and make the appointment. If there is a problem then we have great trouble following it up.

Given the recent slated changes to Australia Post ie

1. Increased local postage

2. Slower Postage unless you pay for a premium service.

I was wondering if it might not be a good idea to revisit reminder filtering.

What I mean is the possibilities of doing the following

1.  Force reminders to go via a specific method if available or only send reminders to go via a specific method.  ie SMS or Email
