Is there a report I can run to get a list of all those clients who have elected to receive their reminders via email? Currently we do this by selecting "reminder" from the purpose list when editing clients contacts - email.

If you create orders and send them with OPENVPMS, I am wondering if you guys could check the ORDER window and look at all the orders with STATUS: Accepted.  Now look at the the Delivery Status.

I am assuming many of these orders have indeed been delivered and a "invoice" appeared in the delivery workspace which toyr staff checked off

This applies if your system recieves the "deliveries into your "DELIVERIES" workspace automatically. If you manually create your deliveries by clicking the NEW button in the DELIVERY workspace this doesnt apply.

Is there anyway to make all searches wildcard searches of the type %term% by default?

If not should this be considered as an option? I find I have to type % before almost every term I search.

This is a basic question, but is there a way to increase the number of characters in the attachment descriptions? We use a lot of document attachments, and I know it's easy to just hover over the description of the document, but even another 10 characters (there seems to be enough space) would make choosing your document easier. I have attached a screenshot.

I have found a company that will print, fold and mail out our reminders for us.  They look amazingly professional and cost 9c per reminder, which is cheaper than the nurse time it takes to fold, stick stamps on envelopes etc. 

The only hitch is I need to be able to export the reminders in a spreadsheet.  I have gone through this:

Would anyone object if we requested a change to the financial information on the left panel as follows:

1) delete the 'Credit Amount' line because whenever the customer is in credit the Balance line at the top shows the same amount.

2) add at the bottom (below Unbilled) a line with the label line ‘Effective Bal.’ or ‘Eff.Balance’ or ‘Tot.Balance’ or … which is the sum of Balance + Unbilled - ie this is the amount that the customer will owe when the Unbilled amount is actually billed.
