SMS Replies

The SMS Replies workspace provides support to monitor and process SMS replies.
 

The fields are as follows:

  • Search
 Search for replies matching the criteria.
  • Status

Finds replies by their status. Use:

  • All
 to find all replies.
  • Pending
 to find replies that are pending processing.
  • Completed
 to find replies that have completed being processed.
  • All/Date range 
Allows replies to be found by date, or use All to find replies for all dates.
  • Location
 Find replies by the practice location where their original message came from.
Leave blank to find replies for all locations.

The buttons are as follows:

  • Find
 Find all replies matching the criteria.
  • Completed 
Mark the selected reply as having completed processing.
When the Status is Pending, this hides it from view.
