Customer Communication Reason

This screen is used to create/view/edit the Customer Communication Reason lookups.

The fields are as follows:

Name the name of the communication reason
Default check the box to make this the default reason
Active uncheck the box to make the reason inactive
Show In Patient History

When set, any communication with this reason will be displayed in Patients - Medical Records - Summary, else they will be suppressed.
This can be used to hide sensitive communications, or exclude a range of communications from view by default.

Note that any communication with this flag unset will still be visible in:
