Implementor

An Implementor is a someone who provides support through software installation, customisation and training. The initial role of the implementer therefore would be;
- To liaise with hardware providers (integrators) during the server and network installation.
- To provide advice and support in the installation of the software and data recovery solutions.
- To assist in data migration from existing practice management solutions.
- To customize the installation so that the software is properly configured to best suit the needs of the individual practice.
- Training
- To construct training programs and change-over strategies to minimize disruption of practice operation.
- To prepare staff so productivity does not suffer.
- To prepare staff so stress is minimized and staff morale is unaffected.
- To advice management and clerical staff how to operate reporting and other financial tools.
